A new branch bank and associated sitework, which included a high-performance building envelope and the use of regionally sourced, recycled materials. A closed-loop geothermal system was also implemented, consisting of eight wells built at 500’ deep – a system that both heats and cools the facility.
This project achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
