An interior and exterior renovation of Ulta’s flagship store at 114 S. State Street in Chicago. The four-story, 80-year-old building required a new façade, masonry restoration, a new storefront, new 8’ diameter revolving door, and a 2,000-SF curtain wall glass system surrounded by aluminum composite panels.

Interior construction included extensive engineered demolition, new spiral stairs with handrails built on glass, new escalators and a new elevator. Interior finishes included a full salon and private rooms for skincare, training and conference rooms, both fixture and gondola type cabinetry, porcelain tile floors, acoustical ceilings and new bathrooms.
