Corporate Center of Northbrook

Two new six-story, 132,000-SF speculative office buildings with interior parking. The buildings were constructed on 15 acres and the project included full site development. The buildings house lobbies, fitness room, food service space, and rooftop terraces. The buildings had 2-180 kW generators and dual feed electric service. In the event of a power failure or system breakdown, the electric feed automatically switched to a different feed from a different substation.
