A shingle-style building adapted to embrace the local neighborhood context. The project scope included a lobby, private offices, workstations, teller stations, a conference room and two-lane drive-thru. Two entrances were constructed, featuring stone bases and trellis-style canopies.
A new branch bank and associated sitework, which included a high-performance building envelope and the use of regionally sourced, recycled materials. A closed-loop geothermal system was also implemented, consisting of eight wells built at 500’ deep – a system that both heats and cools the facility. This project achieved LEED® Gold Certification.

An interior and exterior renovation of Ulta’s flagship store at 114 S. State Street in Chicago. The four-story, 80-year-old building required a new façade, masonry restoration, a new storefront, new 8’ diameter revolving door, and a 2,000-SF curtain wall glass system surrounded by aluminum composite panels. A mixed-use development at the intersection of Touhy Ave. and Northwest Highway in Uptown Park Ridge, including three five-story buildings connected by two levels of underground parking. The development consisted of 270,000-SF of residential space, 455 underground parking stalls, 50,000-SF of retail space, and a public plaza.
Branch bank positioned strategically at the gateway of the Fulton Market district. This Winrust branch is located on the ground floor of a seven story boutique office building. The space features a modern industrial design showcasing neutral tones, many wood and metal elements, and exposed pipes and ducts.
