American Association of Neurological Surgeons

The American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) is a scientific and educational association with more than 10,000 members dedicated to advancing the specialty of neurological surgery in order to provide the highest quality of neurosurgical care to the public. AANS wanted to update their space at the corporate headquarters while maximizing reuse of the existing infrastructure and systems, including the structure and MEPFP.

The renovated space features new private and open offices, conference rooms, a lunch/lounge area, a work/print area, a lobby, and storage. The project also included new audiovisual systems. Prior to commencing construction, Valenti developed detailed phasing and logistics plans to keep AANS operational throughout the duration of the project.
