MakeOffices, One North State Street

MakeOffices provides startups, small businesses, and freelancers with workspace and community resources. The space shares a bright modern aesthetic, with both collaborative and private workspace as well as central town hall areas where craft beer and cider is always on tap. Valenti provides MakeOffices with extensive value engineering services during the preconstruction phase to deliver the projects within budget. Projects at One North State Street included:

14th and 15th Floor Build-Out:  Interior build-out of coworking space completed on two floors. The project included numerous technology enabled break-out areas such as call rooms, phone booths, huddle rooms, and conference rooms. A shared pantry/community area was also constructed on the 15th floor.

14th Floor Renovation:  Interior renovation included private offices, meeting rooms, collaboration rooms, and conference rooms. Coordination with multiple vendors was required to ensure success of the project.
