A new headquarters for a global accounting, consulting and auditing firm. This project covered 150,000 sf over six floors, delivered on an accelerated 26-week schedule.
The space includes open and private offices, diverse conference and collaboration spaces, a training center, dedicated IT and document processing facilities, a multipurpose work café and prefunction space.
A new interconnecting staircase required structural modifications, and a monumental architectural stair now connects the work café to the training center.
